Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). All credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We’re SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

Can I try Aim for free?

Yes! Our free tier includes 3 integrations, 50 metrics, and 7 days of data retention. No credit card required.

How long does it take to set up an integration?

Most integrations take 5-20 minutes to set up depending on complexity:

  • Simple (5-10 min): API key integrations like Stripe, Slack
  • Intermediate (10-15 min): OAuth integrations like HubSpot, Google Analytics
  • Advanced (20-30 min): Data warehouse connections like Snowflake, BigQuery

Can I request a new integration?

What if my integration stops working?

Metrics

How many metrics can I create?

Depends on your plan:

  • Free: 50 metrics
  • Pro: 500 metrics
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

What’s the difference between a direct metric and a calculated metric?

  • Direct metrics pull a single value from an integration (e.g., “Total Revenue from Stripe”)
  • Calculated metrics combine multiple metrics with formulas (e.g., “Conversion Rate = Conversions / Visitors × 100”)

Can I import historical data?

Yes! Historical data availability depends on your plan:

  • Free: Last 30 days
  • Pro: Last 90 days
  • Enterprise: 2+ years

How often does data refresh?

You can choose:

  • Real-time: Within seconds (for supported integrations)
  • Hourly: Every hour
  • Daily: Once per day (most common)
  • Weekly: Once per week
  • Manual: On-demand only

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in secure AWS data centers in the US (us-east-1). Enterprise customers can choose their region.

Who can see my data?

Only users in your organization with appropriate permissions. You control access via team assignments and roles.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Export any metric or dashboard to CSV, Excel, or via our API.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export all your data before canceling. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Is Aim GDPR compliant?

Yes. We’re GDPR compliant and offer data processing agreements (DPAs) for enterprise customers.

Does Aim have an API?

Yes! Our API allows you to:

Billing

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts?

  • Annual plans: 20% discount
  • Nonprofits: 50% discount
  • Startups: Special pricing available (contact us)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers for annual Enterprise plans.

Can I get a refund?
